Sealed bids shall be received, opened, and publicly read aloud by the Buffalo Sewer Authority at its offices, 1038 City Hall, Buffalo, New York 14202, at 11:00 AM, local time on THURSDAY, MARCH 6, 2025, for the “Breckenridge Street Combined Sewer Overflow Control Project”.
A virtual Pre-Bid meeting was held on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams to discuss the project scope, NYSEFC SRF funding requirements, and to answer initial questions. The recording of the Pre-Bid meeting can be viewed via this link.
All questions should be placed in writing and directed to the Engineer, please contact Katharine Baker at katharine.baker@tylin.com 619-908-3326. The deadline for questions will be WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST. Questions submitted by this deadline will be answered via Addendum and will be distributed to all planholders via Avalon Planroom. Questions received after this date will not be accepted. The Buffalo Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding.
