About this project
The Primary System Rehabilitation and Upgrades Project is Phase II of a three-phase effort to improve and expand the wet weather treatment at the WWTF. It will rehabilitate the WWTF’s physical treatment system, add odor control, and improve disinfection of wet weather discharges. The primary or physical treatment facility dates to 1938 and is mostly original. This project will modernize this facility and fix long-term community odor issues.
